I've done a mixture of projects over the last few years.
1. Create candidate sourcing/talent maps for corporations looking for candidates across APAC 2. Build out ATS systems and social recruiting processes for global organizations. 3. Advise start-ups in the HR technology to connect with large corporate clients through sales, business development and product development in Singapore and across Asia. 4. Coach recruiters (corporate and agency) in the "dark arts" of recruiting and headhunting.
